I started bookkeeping at 19. What began as a job quickly became a career built around solving the financial problems most business owners don’t have the time or, desire, to deal with.
Even before that, I was the kind of person who liked bringing order to chaos. Give me something messy, unclear, or overwhelming, and I’m probably already figuring out how to fix it.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with law firm owners, handling everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to complex IOLTA management and cleanup projects. I’ve seen what happens when books fall behind, get unclear, or are just plain wrong. I’ve built my approach around fixing it efficiently and making sure it stays that way.
Your financials shouldn’t be confusing or overwhelming. You should know where your business stands at any given time, without digging through reports or second-guessing the numbers. My job is to bring clarity, structure, and reliability to something that often feels chaotic.
Outside of work, life is full and a little chaotic in the best way. I’m a mom of two, balancing schedules, responsibilities, and real life. Which is exactly why I have zero patience for systems that only work in theory. Three dogs keep things lively at home, and I travel and hike whenever I get the chance.
That’s probably why I approach my work the way I do: keep it simple, keep it clear, and make sure it actually works in real life.
